When Scott & I got married, friends and family wrote down their favorite recipes to share with us.  My grandma shared her spareribs with us, and I wanted to share them with you!  Simple and delish!


1 Tbsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

2 small onions, sliced

2 Tbsp vinegar

2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp paprika

3/4 cup ketchup

1 cup water

*Season spareribs with salt and pepper and brown.  Transfer to desired baking dish and cover with sliced onions.

*Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.  Cover tightly.

*Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, basting throughout.

*Cook uncovered for last 15 minutes.
