I’ve been wanting to try this for about a week now.  I saw the recipe here, and thought it would be perfect for my kids to help me with in the afternoon.

Speedy Rolls

2 cups lukewarm water
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp salt
2 pkg yeast
6 1/2 cups flour, divided
2 eggs
1/3 cup shortening or butter

Banana Bread

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
3 Tbsp sour milk
4 overly ripe, mashed bananas
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
~Mix sugar and butter.  Add eggs, mix.  Add milk and bananas, mix.  Add flour and baking soda, mix.
