1/2 stick butter
1 large yellow onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (12-oz) can Dr. Pepper
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp tomato paste

Freeze your own fruit! Seriously, it’s so easy, and tastes so good! Cut-up or leave whole, put on cookie sheet (I cover mine with wax paper or silicon sheet), put in freezer, and then transfer to freezer ziploc bag.
Our favorites so far…
whole strawberries (perfect for shakes & smoothies)
blueberries (eating frozen or adding to pancakes)

This is probably my favorite smoothie-type drink of all time. I drank one almost every morning when pregnant with Kylie (in lieu of coffee), and now will add vanilla Carnation powder to make a healthy shake. But best of all is my kids LOVE orange julius’!
